ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We will accept any full price items that you wish to return in exchange for STORE CREDIT.

The return request must be received within 20 days of the order date of your online order. All return requests must have return approval first to be accepted.

All packages sent back as a return without a return approval will be marked "return to sender" and will not be responsible for the package.

All items returned must be unwashed, unworn and the original tags on.

All items purchased as a SALE, or with a PROMO code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Shipping cost are not included in store credit. Any returns sent COD will be returned to sender.

Earrings are FINAL SALE.  All other Jewelry must have tags still on.

HOW TO RETURN

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Always use a trackable return method.

Follow these return steps:

Email your return request. Customer service will either approve or deny your request. You will receive an email.

If approved, print copy of your approval email and include it in the package. We will issue you an RA#, which you need to provide on the outside of the box. Your return approval is valid for 10 days  only.

Your credit will be issued asap of receiving your package in the form of an emailed gift card.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 3 days of the delivery date. If we have the exact item and size, we will exchange it. If we cannot replace the item, you can choose a credit or a full refund. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
